Lays's Light Original Potato Chips

With pretty much half the calories of regular Lays Potato Chips, Lay's Light clock in at 75 calories for 20 chips. They make for a pretty good snack with a taste that resembles regular chips, though with a slightly chemical after taste. This may be thanks to the wonders of Olestra, which is marked as an ingrediant... though I couldn't find a trace of the ole "may cause anal leakage" comment that all the talk show hosts were so fond of. I must admit thought they do cause a bit of tummy rumbly, so I guess that feature is still common. Overall, not bad.

Calories Suck (an Intro)

An introduction of sorts. After realizing that I'm way too overweight, I decided to read the ebook called the Hacker's Diet (a quick review of that will be posted shortly). The bottom line is, I've been trying to remove about 500-1000 calories from my diet per day in attempt to lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week. So far, I've been doing this for about 5 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. Throughout this experience I'll be trying as many types of low calorie foods as possible while embracing the evil lord Splenda and NutraSweet. The way I see it, introducing a man made potentially unhealthy chemical into my body can't be any worse than being obese. Anyway, enough about me, sit back and enjoy my reviews of all the crappy diet foods I can find.
