Calories Suck (an Intro)

An introduction of sorts. After realizing that I'm way too overweight, I decided to read the ebook called the Hacker's Diet (a quick review of that will be posted shortly). The bottom line is, I've been trying to remove about 500-1000 calories from my diet per day in attempt to lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week. So far, I've been doing this for about 5 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. Throughout this experience I'll be trying as many types of low calorie foods as possible while embracing the evil lord Splenda and NutraSweet. The way I see it, introducing a man made potentially unhealthy chemical into my body can't be any worse than being obese. Anyway, enough about me, sit back and enjoy my reviews of all the crappy diet foods I can find.

Hey: Great to see a guy writing about diet/weightloss, and thanks for linking to my blog - and send in a link to one of your reviews to the healthy eating fitness carnival - and I'm sure some traffic will come your way. I would send you a link - but I'm too lazy at the moment - so go to blogcarnival.com or check my site categories. Good luck.
